limitations of the rights are given-
1. freedom of speech and expression-
you cannot use this to instigate violence against others. You cannot use this to incite people to rebel against government. Neither can you use it to defame others by saying false and mean things that cause damage to a person's reputation.
2. freedom to hold meetings, procession, rallies and demonstration on any issue -
meetings have to be peaceful.They should not lead to public disorder or breach of peace in society.Those who participate in these activities and activities should not carry weapons with them.
3. freedom to travel to any part of the country and to practice any profession - no one can force you to do a certain job . Women Cannot be told that some occupations are not for them . people of deprived caste cannot be kept to their traditional occupations.

Right to freedom allows individual to live freely, to exercise his/her choice, to freely express one;s opinions, to assemble peacefully,to move freely throughout the country and to carry any trade, profession of one's choice. It is the freedom to develop our personalities to the fullest. However, one must not interpret this right to freedom in a negative sense, it implies opportunities to us to develop and that this right to freedom comes with certain restrictions. Freedom is not unlimited license, it is rather presence of reasonable restrictions.

These are:

i. You cannot use your freedom of expression to instigate violence.

ii. You cannot incite people to rebel against the government.

iii. Nor you can defame somebody by making false allegations

iv. You cannot assemble with any kinds of arms and weapons.

v. Person can only be denied of his freedom to life or personal liberty as per the procedure established by the law.

vi. A person can be detained only with a proper legal justification, and that person has full right to defend himself.
