restriction launched by british upon indian merchants were as follows
1.they will not get the right to sell their clothes they were forced to made the clothes and send to the merchants by the gomasthas.
2.so this will create monopoly of a particular goods or product that they were selling.
3.in this the other work was also done by the machines so demand of labour get decreased.this will rise up compitition to labours.
