fungi causes harm to the environment.
Answer:
Fungi- most fungi are saprophytic and not pathogenic to plants, animals and humans. A relative few fungal species are phytopathogenic that causes diseases (infections, allergies etc) in humans and it also produces toxins that affect plants, animals ,and humans. These relative fungi can cause huge losses to agriculture, loss of food consumption in plants. They cause fatal diseases in both humans and animals like they cause a million eye infection per day all over the world which results in complete blindness . Bacteria- Even though there are many harmless bacteria, there are some bacteria which are bad and harmful. If we consume or come in contact with bacteria they may reproduce in our body and release toxins that can damage our body's tissues and cause illness. Harmful bacteria are called pathogenic bacteria because they cause diseases and illness like step throat, staph infections, cholera ,tuberculosis and food poisoning. Hope it helps...,
