It should promote equality among citizens... so that there is no discrimination in the country and each nd evry person enjoys equal rights and duties.

It should have accountable government, a government to which people have access, responsive govt, which responds to needs and expectations of people.

Also, It should ensure economic growth ,whether its slow or fast ,and reduction in poverty.

Also, it should respect the opinions of both majority and minority.
