Mention two disadvantages of red soil?

Two disadvantages of red soil is 
1) It is very thin,porous and contain many gravels.
2)  It lack in nitrogen , phosphate , humus and it can not hold water.

(i) The red soil is thin, poor, porous and has loose gravel.
(ii) And it is also poor in lime, phosphate, nitrogen and humus.
