As for eg:jamaica has  a low latitude and the sun rays r falling directly near to the equator it is having a very high temperature throughout the year.and like in arctic circle which is in high latitude and the sun rays are always in a slanting way so it experiences a very low temperature throughout the year.

Answer:In low latitudes the the temperature is very high due to high insolation but in higher latitudes i.e far from the equator the temperature is very low in which there are only two seasons they are 6 months summer and 6 months winter
