ANSWER:
The Indian Constitution has conferred the right to equality and justice to all the citizens of the nation
EXPLANATION:
Assuring specific rights to individuals will be pointless except if inequality is removed from the social system and each and every individual is guaranteed equality of opportunity and status, as well as, the means for the enforcement of these rights are guaranteed to her/him for the development of the best in her/him.
This goal is secured in the Constitutional body by making unlawful all discriminations against any citizen on the basis of race, religion, sex, origin,or caste [Article 15]; by providing access to public places to all citizens [Article. 15(2)]; by abolishing and eradicating untouchability and titles of honour [Article 17 & 18]; by providing equality of opportunity in matters concerning employment under the State [Article 16]; and by assuring equality before the law and equal protection of the laws, as justifiable rights [Article. 14].
