1. It has high melting point. Tungustun has melting point of 3422C
2. Its filament not gat separated from electrode.

The melting point and resistivity of tungsten are very high. It does not burn very easy at a high temperature. The electric lamps glow at very high temperatures. Hence, tungsten is mainly used as heating element of electric bulbs.

I hope, this will help you___❤❤

Thank you
