Mikhail Sergeyevich Gorbachev was the General Secretary of the Communist Party of USSR from (1985 to 1991) . He was the President of the Soviet Union from the year (1990 to 1991) . And the most important thing about his his he believed in socialism .

Some of the reforms by him are as follows -
