The money can be recovered out of the property of a minor in case where necessary goods and articles are supplied according to the class of society to which the minor belongs.

According to section 68 " A person who has supplied goods to a minor or his dependent is entitled to be reimbursed from the properties of the minor".

However the claim should only be made against the minors properties but not  against the minor personally. Meaning a minor can not be asked to expend labor against the recovery.
