mercury completes a revolution around the sun in 88days and pluto takes 248 days to complete it. why?

Because mercury is near to the sun than pluto. The orbit of the mercury is way too smaller than pluto.

Because mercury is nearest to the sun and Pluto is away from the sun so mercury takes 88 days and Pluto takes 248 days....@@
