=>40g of Cl

so... according to law of chemical equivalence,

W1/E1 =W2/E2. ( 1 is w.r.t to M

2 is w.r.t to Cl)

60/E1=40/35.5

(EQ wt of Cl is 35.5)

E1=35.5×60/40

E1=53.25g
