Metals like zinc and iron produces hydrogen gas as one of the products when reacted

with dilute sulphuric acid but copper does not produce hydrogen gas. Why?​

Answer:

Zinc and iron are more reactive metals than copper.

They lie above Hydrogen in electrochemical series.

So they are able to displace hydrogen gas from H2SO4 while copper being less reactive, is not able to do so.
