You should be heard. If you've had a poor experience with a product or service you've purchased, you have the right to voice your concerns about that product or service to the faulty provider.

You should be safe. Products that are unsafe or hazardous to the health and safety of you and your family do not have to be tolerated. If you've received this type of product or service, you have the right to bring it to attention.

You should be educated. When purchasing a product or service, you're entitled to full disclosure. What does that mean? It means if the product has side effects, for example, you should be told what those are. Being informed about a product or service is a right you may exercise before making a purchasing decision.

You should be able to choose. This basically means that sellers cannot try to pressure you into purchasing an item of their choosing. Rather, you should be free to choose from the broad range of products that meet your wants and needs.
