a. Right to equality which says that there should be no differentiation on the grounds of sexuality and equal opportunities for females should be granted.
b. Right against exploitation which restricts individual trafficking, especially females for unethical purposes. Right against exploitation also forbids infant labor, where nobody can employ the children below the age of 14 in any sort of work.
