Mg2+ and Na+ are isoelectronic species; do they have same ionization enthalpies.?

No they don't have same ionisation enthalpy because they have different number of protons hence it is easier for Na+ than Mg2+ to loose electron as Na+ have 11 protons while Mg2+ have 12 protons.
