The correct structure of the sentence will be as follows; 
Mia is tall, but Sara, unlike Mia, is tallerThe previous sentence lacks some basic words which makes it incomprehensible. The two new words have been added to the above example. One is BUT, because there are two contrary sentences which need to be joined by a conjuction. Secondly the comparative form of adjective is added, TALLER. As the there is a comparison between Sara and Mia.
