yes because in refrigerator the temperature will increase and microbes will not grow

NO!!! its not true ..i dont agree..
refrigerator can protect the food from microbes for a few months..only ...after few months the microbes will come back and destroy the food .
so its not true that microbes will *NEVER* grow on food kept inside refrigerator..
