The anibodies present in our body protect us from all kind of diseases. Some particular micro organisms like lactobacillus are also helpful in the process of fermentation.they are harmful because there are many micro organisms that are really harmful for us and cause many harmful disease like chicken pox , small pox, cow pox, polio, etc....
