Microsoft doesn’t support OS without a Custom Support Agreement (CSA). Microsoft offers two types of support – Mainstream support and extended support. When the agreement ends, the support also becomes invalid, and there would be no updates arriving from Microsoft.

However, with CSA only critical issues are supported, which includes support during product crashes or cases where company could face a loss.
