I am against of this statement because of following reasons :-

1.) Because in India people have right to settle everywhere in country.
2.) migration of people from villages to cities can be helpful in exchange their ideas.
3.) migration from villages to cities can also helpful to bring investment to their villages.

yes because there was in villages so many members are migrating to the town's to their needs.So, I tell that in villages only we should try to build needs
