since youth is the upcoming bureacrats they must be thought to live up to the standards of constitution and avoid bribe. if in case of an offer for taking bribe for completion of work avoid it and complain to cbi with respective detalis of the giver or taker(the one who ask). bureacrats must make sure that they serve the society in the need of their hour so that they may not choose false ways for the completion of work which ultimately leads to corruption....
