Mili’s father gave her a special present one day: a fish in a bowl. Mili named the fish Goldie and promised to look after it. One day Goldie was missing! Where could Goldie go? She couldn’t have climbed out of the bowl. Mili suspected her cat, Flash, must have eaten Goldie up. Mili cried until it was time to go to bed. Suddenly, she saw bubbles in the water. She went close and saw Goldie was stuck between two rocks. Mili had a big smile on her face. She set the little fish free and went to sleep happily.
