Teenagers between the ages of 16 and 17 years of age are more prone to get in a car accident then an 18 or 19-year-old driver. There is a small percent of teens on the road that obey the traffic laws, but there are many teen drivers that are reckless and showoffs. They rather gamble their life away drag racing down the freeway or down the street then acting responsible and mature while driving. Data show that 16-year olds are the most dangerous drivers on the road. According to government statistics, 16-year-old drivers:
P Have the highest fatality rates of all age groups;
P Make more mistakes that lead to deadly crashes; and
P Cause more deaths by speeding and traveling with multiple passengers of all age groups.
Therefore on considering all these I fell that minors should not be allowed to drive and strict rules should be made by the government so that minors get a fear of driving and not drive till the age of 18 n drive only after 18 after their license get ossued
