The narrator seems like a retarted person who is talking to mirror.
It may be possible that the narrator is a ghost that's why mirror can't display his outer features/organs cause he don't have any!

Maybe the narrator is thinking herself to be snow-white princess and her mirror is the same magical mirror who can speak.

However, this was everything that "I mean" by this poem.
