Oxidized entity - HCl
reduced entity - MnO2

MnO₂ + 4HCI -> MnCI₂ + 2H₂O + CI₂

In this reaction,
the reduced compound is MnO₂ (which is the oxidizing agent)
the oxidized compound is HCl (which is the reducing agent)

Note: Oxidizing agent gets reduced and reducing agent gets oxidized in  a reaction.
