Explanation:

- N2 molecules are diamagnetic, with no unpaired electrons. This means half of the electrons spin clockwise and half of the electrons spin anticlockwise. Because of their opposite spins they produce magnetic fields in the opposite direction thus resultant magnetism becomes zero.
