Here is your answer to the question.

To unlock a user follow the steps :

1. You need to log in from Google Chrome.

2.At the top beside ur profile pic, type
username to whom you want to unblock.
3.Then click on that users profile and click on" write message. "

4.Then the statement appears :
"You had blocked the user".
'Unblock'.
Click on Unblock.

5.The user is unblocked. Now u can send as well as receive messages from that user .

Note : The previous chat will not be deleted.
