India is secular democratic country. It has given a huge importance to people and their representatives. If We look into the Political view of India. It has three Organs

  • Legislature (Including people's representatives i.e. Parliament and Legislative assembly)
  • Executive (The one who runes the government like Primeminister and cabinet of ministers)
  • Judiciary (One who solves disputes and maintain equality among all)

1. Why constituent assembly is known as mirror of the nation?

  • A constituent assembly is a body of popularly elected representatives who worked to together to reach out a conclusion like Drafting committe of Indian Consitutions.
  • Every part, Every religion, category irrespective of caste and gender were gathered in constituent assembly together to form a revolution or developmental changes.
  • It is considered as mirror of the nation as each committe member represents it's own community which ultimately reflects the whole nation.
  • The Drafting Constituent committe of India also regarded as Mini-India due to presence of all types of caste and religion.

2. Explain the Importance of January 26 in India's struggle for Swaraj.

  • Though India got independene on 15th August yet India was not Independent and it's reason is that India didn't have own governing system. As a result it would turn India a violent country due to lack of rules affecting political, educational, social, medical and economical foundation of Nation.
  • For formation Of India's constitution the drafting committe took almost 3yrs and at the End under Dr.B.R. Ambedkar, the Longest ever written Constitution was formed making India a soverign, secular and republic state.
  • It is the day when we stand on our own foot hence it is a great day for us.
