Modern phase of Indian history is based on the arrival of the British rulers in our country and our freedom struggle against them.

The British rulers first came in our country in the middle of 18th century, for trading purposes as the East India Company.

But soon,they captured the economical and political monopoly of our country.

Then the freedom struggle against the British rulers was started by different national leaders.

Some of the most eminent national leaders were;

Netaji, Gandhiji , Bhagat Singh , Khudiram Bose and many more.

Our freedom struggle got an end in the year of 1947 and we finally got our independence on 15th August in that same year.
