Few people are by birth twins but they don't same and few look similar....
Actually twins are nothing but any two people born at same time from one womb are known as twins...
In further twins are of two types identical twins and non identical twins
Identical twins look similar
Non identical twins looks disimilar
And the thing u are speaking about ( mohan and mohit) are non identical twins who look dissimilar....

Mohan and Mohit will be twins but bio says that :
If the twins are from the same egg plant ( the initial stage where baby starts to grow ) they look alike but if the egg plant splits into two the twin baby will have some different body , face features ..
hence Mohan and Mohit will not look twins ..
