Mohan bought a water bottle from a mall for rupees 60. He later found that a vendor outside the mall sold the same water bottle, same quantity, for rs 20. Mohan checked the mrp of bottle, it says rs 60. Can he file a consumer case? Justiy.

no ...as the bottle says rs 60 hence u can't file a consumer case ...had the mall sold over rs 60 ...then we could file a complaint....hope it helps...

no he cant because the mrp of bottle is 60 rupees i.e he cant sold that water bottle for more than 60 rupees but its his wish to sold it either for 60 or less than 60
