Mohan who owns a plain land in kerala should go for rice cultivation according to the conditions of the place and the requirements of the crop.

The adequate temperature required is 17 to 27 degree celcius, the rainfall must be between 100 and 200 cm, the soil should be alluvial or the fertile river basins and there should be plain land.

These all the conditions are being fulfilled in case of Mohan.
