Let the C.P to Mohit be 'X' Rs.
Gain = 10%
S.P = C.P*(100+G)/100 = X*110/100 = 11*X/10

C.P of Karim = 11*X/10
Gain = 4%
S.P = C.P*(100+G)/100 = 11*X/10 * 104/100 = 1144*X/1000

C.P of Rahim = Rs.14300
14300 = 1144*X/1000
X = Rs.12500
Hence Mohit purchased it for Rs. 12500
Hope it helps
