Potassium dichromate formula is K2Cr2O7 and its formula becomes 294.18.
The equivalent mass is 49.03(molar=6 normal) in K2Cr2O7 Cr is in 6+ it is converted in to cr3+
In resulting it gives
3 e- for two Cr3+ 6 e-s.
