number of moles of hcl = mass of hcl / molecular weight of hcl. molecular weight of HCl = 36.46, moles of Hcl =0.25moles , 36.46*0.25= mass of hcl. 9.115 g of hcl. volume of hcl solution = 500ml we will change this ml to liters, means 500/1000=litere , 0.5litere. morality of solute present in 1l solution =1M. formula, morality = moles of solute / volume of solution. , 1= moles of hcl / 0.5. =0.5moles , means 0.5litere of solution contain 0.5 moles of solute 1 morality. 0.5* 36.46 = mass of hcl. =18.23g
