mom :- whats ur aim ?
me :- doctor
mom :- it takes lot of time and money !!
me :- then what ??
mom :- it takes lot of time ,,,,,,, and ur life will be waste.
me :- if everyone think that doctor takes lot of time and money there might be no doctor in the world
mom :- ok ur life, ur wish....

so now plz say weather my decision is correct or not !!!

It is your decision absolutely! the parents play a role as advisor in your life. If you are truly dedicated and have a clear goal in life then you should go ahead with your decision. 
My advice to you is, sit with someone and ask him about the courses and time etc... needed to become a doctor in whatever field you want. This will make you clear of how many courses you need to do, what all you need to do and how many years it will take

As far as time is considered, it is absolutely true that doctorate is time consuming. But we can continue the studies and courses after settling in life too...like once you are a doctor and have settled in your professional life, you can take a break for your personal life and you can still study and give exams and learn whatever you want after settling in personal life
