The statement "Money cannot buy all the goods and services that a person may need to live well" is absolutely correct. The life of an individual not only depends upon material things but on non-material things as well which he can not buy with money. For example, he can not buy a pollution free environment with money. Likewise he can not buy peace with money.

Money can buy the goods and services but it can’t buy happiness.

Explanation:

Apart from money, we require the contented life with the family, which can’t be purchased by the money. All the arrangements can be done with the aid of money but the inner peace will come from within.

In an organization, if there is no job security in higher salary package one cannot work peacefully. Along with money other factors such as parity between authority ad responsibility, training, motivation, friendly work culture etc. are the factors.
