Explanation:

YES it is very true that money in our pocket cannot buy all the goods and services that we need. Facilities such as safe drinking water, clean environment cannot be bought with money. We need PUBLIC FACILITIES for these purposes. For Example - Opening a school for a single child is not possible but opening a school for thousands of children is possible . So it's the PUBLIC FACILITIES that are provided to us . We can't buy these facilities but these facilities are very important for us. So we can say that money in our pocket cannot buy all the goods & services we may need to live well.
