explanation : we know, velocity of wave = wavelength of wave × frequency of wave

or, v=\lambda\times f

then, velocity of light = wavelength × frequency.......(1)

we also know, velocity of light depends of refractive index of medium. velocity of light is inversely proportional to refractive index of medium.

from expression (1), wavelength also depends on refractive index of medium. it is also inversely proportional to refractive index of medium.

so, \boxed{\bf{\lambda=\frac{\lambda_0}{\mu}}}

here, \lambda_0=600nm,\mu=1.5

so, \lambda=\frac{600}{1.5}=400nm
