The climate and location of india makes monsoom uncertain. If there is less heat in summer then there would be no low high pressure of air which could make powerful monsoon and weak monsoon mean less rain. West receieve less rainfall because location of Arawali mountain is along the direction of monsoon so most of it wasted away.
Too much heat can results in storm and very powerful monsoon. Result would be flood.
So these make climate in india is uncertain.
