Answer:

Monthly salary of a person in the form of an A.P in the 8th year = Rs1280

Monthly salary of the person in the form of the A.P in the 16th year = Rs1600

Difference between the monthly salary of the 8th year and the 16th year = Rs1600-Rs1280

                                                                                                                          Rs320

Increased monthly salary in every year = 320/8

                                                                 = Rs40

Difference between the 16th year and the 30th year = 14

Monthly salary of the person in the 30th year = 40*14 + 1600

                                                                            = 560+1600

                                                                            = Rs2160
