Many people are migrating to big cities to lead an ultra-luxirious lifestyle and to avoid the difficulties associated with staying in villages. I believe, this trend is dangerous for the development of the country.
There are many reasons for immigration. Nowadays, people wish to have lavish lifestyle by experiencing the comforts and the amenities that are available only in cities. For example, cities provide an opportunity to buy imported goods. On the otherhand, the merchants in villages do not sell foreign products due to lack of demand and affordability. Hence, village residents could not experience the usage of such products. The other reason for migration is the availability of sophisticated infrastructure in cities to commute easily between the places where as rich infrastructure is not noticeable in villages.
Effect of this will be
1.This will lead to slow or low progress of village
2.Less production of cross will take place as most no. of farmers are in village
3.This will cause crowd in cities
4.Village will be reduce in numbers
