yeah most children of a migrant family become as dropouts because a person who is well settled having a family, employment may live in the Same area without any problem. but when he migrate from place to place in search of job food , shelter he need to vacate from the place and must adjust in a new environment so due to migrating from one place to other he need to take of his family and his children will be a dropouts from the respected school
