Most of the decisions of UN is controlled by america.explain?

America is a. great contributor of the expenses if the Un and its associations.If Un disagrees with any of the decisions taken by America,they will have to depend on other countries which cannot accomplish the needs of its associations.This all gives America gets their VETO power under which they can nearlly control UN.
