Good morning principal,teachers and my fellow classmates . Today I am hear to speak about the importance of green , leafy vegetables. Most of us avoid eating leafy vegetables like palak,methi , corrianders etc and many more. We all just think about the taste only but never think of the benefits which we are going to receive from them . Ya ! I know that it doesn't taste good like the pizza ,burger,etc our like aortic famous fast food . But these food stuffs only supply us with good amount of fat , nothing else. But whereas the leafy vegetables provide us with good amount of minerals and always help us to stay healthy. They also provide us with iron which when we fall sick we have to take in terms of tonics ,medicines etc . By eating all these kinds of leafy vegetables we hardly fall ill. Now onwards make a promise that you all will eat leafy vegetables once a week. Here I come to end of my speech . I will end by saying STAY HEALTHY EAT LEAFY VEGETABLES.
