B) Kidneys.

Every day, about 2500 ml of water leaves our body through different routes.

Most of the lost water is through our urine.

The kidneys can adjust blood volume through their mechanisms that take water out by urine.

The kidneys are capable of regulating water levels present in our body.

They help to conserve water when we are dehydrated.

They help in making our urine more dilute and to expel the excess water if required.

Water is also lost through our skin due to evaporation from the surface without profuse sweating and also from the air that is expelled from the lungs.

This type of loss of water is known as insensible water loss people are usually not aware of it.
