Present age of mother = 6x
According to Question,
2(x+20) = 6x+20
=> 2x+40 = 6x+20
=> 40-20 = 6x-2x
=> 20 = 4x
=> x = 20/4

Hence, present age of daughter = 5 years
Present age of mother = 30 years
