Yes. Motion and rest are relative terms. It means that if we change the fixed reference points for an object, it may be at motion from one point and at rest from the other. For example, If two persons are moving in a car, then they both are at rest for each other because the fixed reference point is inside the car

You need some reference point to determine whether it is moving or not. And the reference point determines the motion of the particle in it's frame which is agian relative wrt to you. ... So motion is completely relative. We consider here earth to be huge and so it is you moving not earth(tree).
