Documents for new registration:
Form 20 application for vehicle registration
Form 21 sales certificate provided by the dealer
Form 22 which is issued by the manufacturer that proves that the vehicle is in compliance with the pollution standards, safety standards of components and road-worthiness.
Form 22A if the vehicle’s body is separately fabricated.
If it is a transport vehicle then Measurement Certificate form should also be submitted.
Form 60 or 61 has to be filled if the owner does not hold a PAN card.
